A £20 deposit is payable on booking. The booking will be cancelled if the deposit has not been received within 30 days of booking. The deposit is not refundable if the booking is cancelled within 15 days of intended hire.

Cleaning Deposit £15.00 returned depending on cleanliness of hall.
Damage Deposit £100.00 returned after the event.

A £50 deposit is to be paid when the booking is made and the total balance is to be paid in full 14 days before the event.
