Yoga class -  Tuesday 7-8pm

Improve your general wellbeing by increasing your flexibility, strengthening your bones, regulating your metabolism, toning your muscles and much, much more.
Join Kay, who trained with Sun Power Yoga.
Emphasis is on breathing and alignment - getting into and out of poses safely.
Suitable for all ages and abilities (male and female). Newcomers/beginners are always welcome.
Drop in class £7 or £30 for 5 classes. Greatest benefit is gained by regular attendance and to encourage this,
attend 5 classes consecutively and enjoy your 6th class free!
Please bring a mat and a blanket.
