These classes will be run alongside school term times. The first term will be finishing 24th October and then restarting Thursday 7th November

What to bring

All yoga equipment is provided. Please wear comfortable, loose clothing and bring a blanket and/or pillow for the relaxation part at the end of the practice. Classes operate on a term booking but drop-in / taster sessions are available – please use contact details below.
